Returns and Cancelations
For the full refund or exchange of products, customers must return them to us at their own expense and risk, in original packaging and condition, with all tags attached, together with its itemised receipt, within 28 days of the purchase date. If any returned item does not have the original tags attached, shows signs of use or unreasonable handling or is otherwise not in its original condition, we will then treat the goods as second hand and therefore entitled to deduct the reduction in value of the goods from the refund otherwise due to you.
Items for returns require order number to be written on the outside of the package (you can get this by logging on to your HomeZone #1 account). If you no longer have the despatch note, put the following information on a piece of paper and include it with the item:
- Name, Billing address and a contact telephone number
- Email address (the one you use to log on to your account with HomeZone #1)
- Reason for return
After we have sent an Email notification confirming the refund or order cancellation to the customer, it may take between 3~10 business days for the funds to be reflected on the customer’s account balance.
